How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from the date your order is placed. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and can reduce delivery time to 2-3 business days. Please note that processing time (usually 1-2 business days) is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

How much does shipping cost?

Do your products come with a warranty?

Our products do not come with a warranty. We stand behind the quality of what we sell, but we encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific product, contact us before buying.

Are your products OEM quality?

Absolutely. We carefully source products that meet or exceed OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards. Our suppliers are vetted for quality control, and many of our products are made from the same materials used by major automakers. While our products are aftermarket, they are engineered to fit and perform just like factory parts — often at a fraction of the cost.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, completely. Top5AutoEssentials uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all transactions. We are powered by Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security certification. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for fast, secure checkout. All prices are listed in USD.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. Contact us immediately at support@top5autoessentials.store with your order number and the change you need. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also log into your account on top5autoessentials.store and view your order status under 'My Orders'. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Are your products universal fit?

It depends on the product. Some of our accessories — like seat covers, floor mats, and interior organizers — are designed as universal fit and will work with most vehicles. Others, such as exterior trim pieces, light assemblies, and certain mounting hardware, are vehicle-specific. Each product listing clearly states whether it is universal or vehicle-specific, and vehicle-specific products include a compatibility checker.

How do I know if a product fits my vehicle?

Each vehicle-specific product page includes a compatibility section where you can enter your vehicle's Year, Make, and Model to confirm fitment before purchasing. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us at support@top5autoessentials.store with your vehicle details and the product you're interested in — our team will confirm compatibility for you within 24 hours.

When will I get my refund?

As all sales are final, we do not issue refunds. If there is an issue with your order such as receiving the wrong item, please contact us at support@top5autoessentials.store so we can review your case.

How do I return an item?

Top5AutoEssentials does not accept returns. All sales are final. If you received the wrong item or experienced an issue with your order, please contact us at support@top5autoessentials.store and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Top5AutoEssentials ships within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are actively working to expand our shipping to Canada and other international destinations. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available. If you are located outside the US and are interested in our products, feel free to reach out — we may be able to accommodate special requests on a case-by-case basis.
